Delivery terms of the Doobeez.eu website

After confirming the order, Cyril and Co agrees to deliver the references ordered by the buyer to its carrier as soon as possible. This carrier agrees, by contract with Cyril and Co, to deliver the order to the delivery address provided by the Client and provided to the carrier by Cyril and Co.

In addition, for any delivery outside Metropolitan France, the Client agrees to pay all taxes due on the importation of products, customs duties, value-added tax, and any other taxes due under the legislation of the country of receipt of the order.

For the Overseas Departments and Territories (D.O.M. / T.O.M.), the delivery charges will be increased according to the rates in effect with the carrier.

Delivery Times

The average delivery times observed for delivery in Metropolitan France are 3 to 6 working days, depending on the destination of the shipment. No delivery is guaranteed on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. This deadline may be shortened or extended depending on the chosen delivery option. These deadlines are indicative and non-binding on our part and cannot be the subject of a claim for compensation from Cyril and Co.

The delivery times indicated in the order confirmation email sent by Cyril and Co apply from the receipt of this email, except for orders paid by check or bank transfer, which are shipped only upon receipt of payment.

Delivery Conditions

The delivery conditions of our products are governed by the General Transport Conditions established by the carrier concerned according to the type of service used (La Poste, Fedex, Ups,)

Claims

By signing the delivery slip, the Client accepts the delivered products as is and therefore no claims regarding damage sustained during transport will be accepted. It is the responsibility of the Client to check the products upon delivery and make any reservations on the delivery slip, as well as confirm these reservations in writing to Cyril and Co within three working days of delivery.

Any anomaly concerning the delivery (missing product compared to the delivery slip, damaged package, broken product) must be indicated on the delivery slip in the form of handwritten reserves accompanied by the Client’s signature. The Client must also confirm this anomaly to Cyril and Co in writing within three working days of delivery.

If the Client does not make these reservations on the delivery slip and does not confirm them in writing to Cyril and Co within the aforementioned deadline, the products will be deemed to have been accepted in accordance with the contract, and the Client will not be able to make any claims against Cyril and Co regarding the condition of the products delivered.

The return of products must be made in their original packaging, complete (accessories, instructions, etc.), in good condition and accompanied by the original purchase invoice. The Client must also return the products by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt.

Cyril and Co reserves the right to refuse any product that has been damaged, or partially or completely disassembled, or modified by the Client.

In the event of a dispute, the Client may use the conventional mediation procedures or any other alternative method of dispute resolution. Jurisdiction

This contract is governed by French law. Any dispute that may arise in connection with this contract shall be within the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Paris.
